At Balaji Customise, we aim to provide complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please carefully review our refund and return policy below:

1. No Refunds or Returns on General Purchases
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for general purchases due to reasons such as dislike of the product, minor flaws, color differences, or size variations. Refunds or replacements will only be processed if the product is wrong or defective. Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Refunds or Replacements for Defective/Wrong Products
Refunds or replacements are only applicable for items damaged during transit or incorrectly received. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to request a refund or replacement.

3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10-12 working days.

4. Refunds for Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders made via credit/debit card or net banking, the refund will be credited back to the original account. Transaction and shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
